We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy. As we continue to navigate these difficult times, we wanted to let you know what our plans are moving forward while the studio remains closed during quarantine. Our original plan was to postpone Spring Session classes to start on May 1st. However, as we continue to follow our government recommendations, a May 1st start is just not looking as probable as we last hoped. With playgrounds, tobogganing hills, and other recreational activities closed, we felt as a team that it was more necessary than ever to just get going, get us moving, and get us virtually connected!
We are going back to our original April start date and will be delivering our dance and fitness instruction to you both via zoom and pre-recorded video content. These forms of class instruction are in lieu of your regular in-studio classes. Every day, our team continues to test this equipment to ensure that this new method will be smooth sailing for all. Our hope is that we can still finish our Spring Session back in the studio. What a celebration that would be! We ask for everyone's patience and understanding with us during these difficult times and please trust that we will continue to provide our high value award winning programming of dance and fitness education through this new method.
Spring Session clients, please continue to check your emails this week on how we will be moving forward using platforms such as BAND, zoom, and vimeo. If your family Is also part of our Full-Year Performance Program, please continue to check for updates in the parent documents link. We are exploring the best options for creating weekly video classes/assignments/challenged to keep our full year dancers connected with their instructors during this period of closure. Thank you for your patience as we continue to navigate the dance year.
We will keep you informed on our website, social media, and via email. As for the front desk we are closed to the public, but we will continue to answer emails and take phone calls. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (780)701-4942.
What we have learned this week from our families and faculty is that in a time of world crisis, our passion for dance and teaching is stronger than ever. We are supporting each other and getting incredibly creative on how we can best reach you. J’Adore Dance Families, yes, we will be physically distant but we will still continue to be socially connected with you. We look forward to bringing you dance and fitness to your very own living room.
Sending Virtual Hugs and Jazz Hands to you all!
Chantel, Jenna, and the J'Adore Team
