Bridget was introduced to dance in junior high when she began attending Victoria School of Visual and Performing Arts. She quickly fell in love with the art form and went on to receive her BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia University in Montreal. Bridget's dance career has involved performing for Mile Zero Dance, Punctuate Theatre, The Jen Mesch Dance Conspiracy, Good Women Dance Collective, and For Body & Light, as well as presenting her choreography in festivals such as Semaine de la Danse, Bouge D'ici, Feats Festival of Dance, and Nextfest.
Bridget has taught at J'adore since 2015. Her time at the studio has allowed her to discover her love of teaching and working with young people. This realization inspired her to complete an after-degree in Education, and she is now working as a teacher for Edmonton Public Schools. Bridget finds immense joy in being a part of J'Adore's joyful and inclusive dance community, where she can share her love of movement with children and youth.
