Contemporary dance combines the strength and controlled legwork of ballet with modern dance's characteristics of contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation. This genre of dance tells a story through grace and strength. This contemporary class will combine technique development, stretch and conditioning, and choreography for a brain and body workout.
