Do you love to Dance? Do you love to get Fit? This is your class!
Come try this fun and upbeat dance fitness class. Each week participants will learn a new dance routine taught to non-stop music. Weekly themes include Jazz, Hip Hop, African, Bollywood, Dance Hall, Disco, Latin, and more---taught by your favourite J'Adore instructors! Each class is cardio-intense, so get ready to get your groove on while getting a fantastic work-out in!

Registrations can be completed online or in person at the studio or over the phone (provided you already have an account with J'Adore Dance). Payment must be received at the time of registration.
Prorating: Prorating class registration fees will not begin until week 5 of the session. Registering for a class before week 5, you are eligible for 3 make-ups to be used in any of our sessional programming within the current session. Please note that prorated classes and make-up classes are subject to availability.
Registrations cancelled before the first class are subject to a $25 + GST administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the start date of the class, however, we will issue credit valid for 12 months from the start date of the canceled program if the registration is canceled before the third class of the session. No refunds or credit will be granted after the start of the third class other than for serious illness or injury with medical documentation provided. Cancellation requests must be received in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org) and can only be processed by management. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
From a young age, Erin found and developed a passion for an active lifestyle. She danced competitively for 16 years, became a swimming instructor/lifeguard, and developed a love of teaching dance and movement. She married her high school sweetheart and they share a life with their five unique daughters.
Having a large family brings forth different challenges and expectations than the average family. In time, Erin became a master multi-tasker, meal prep extraordinaire, and is the first to offer a hand or support to someone in need.
In the last 5 years, Erin has completed her Buti Yoga training, 200hr RYT, Reiki master training, and Meditation teacher training, and is always seeking to learn and integrate. She has previous experience in pre and postnatal fitness, somehow manages to work a full time job, and keeps her weekends open for her family!
