After watching dirty dancing a million times as a child and then having the immense pleasure of watching my grandparents dance together in my teens and into early adulthood, I fell deeply in love with partner dancing. I have been teaching American style ballroom, rhythm and country dance since 2003. Teaching new couples is my absolutely favourite, maybe even my specialty. There is an incredible amount of joy I get from teaching children and adults something they have not done before and watching them week after week grow and change.

Being a mom of four, I found that some aspects of parenting left me tired and in search for ways to balance life. I became a certified Health coach in 2015. I felt it was essential to help my children also find better balance, therefore I became a kids and teens meditation teacher as well as level 1 kids yoga certified teacher in 2016. In my personal growth and process I still wanted to become more present with my family and chose to further my own well being through becoming a Reiki Master and also a Level 1 Kundalini yoga instructor. The greatest present we can give our children is our full presence, through mindfulness and awareness it is possible to find kindness for ourselves and others which creates a stronger bond and ability to adapt in the moment.
