MONDAYS 11:30am-12:30pm: Bodyweight Blast
A high intensity blend of bodyweight training, short cardio bursts, balance, mobility, and flow. Designed to work your full body, with no weights or equipment required. Improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. All your favourites on one mat!
WEDNESDAYS 11:30am-12:30pm: Fit & Fierce
Fit & Fierce consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (moveballs, stability balls, resistance bands, gliders) and stretching. Chantel varies the exercises and format for every workout so no two classes are the same.
FRIDAYS 11:30am-12:30pm: YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING
A revolutionary approach to health and fitness using balls designed exclusively for this practice. It consists of a series of routines using 6 to 10-inch balls. Unlike other ball exercises, YBR goes far beyond random movement and stretch. The routines release tension, improve flexibility, and energize the whole body. YBR re-educates muscles and stimulates bone, creating positive, permanent changes in the body.
