Our Postnatal Fitness classes offer our new mamas the opportunity to get fit and have fun in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment.
With babies cuddled safely in a baby carrier, Mamas will move through intervals of strength and toning exercises and high energy, easy to follow dance cardio segments that will safely work the entire body!
Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community. We use the latest research to help you strengthen your pelvic floor and other core muscles. Tone your tummy by getting strong from the inside out. Not only will you look and feel better, but you will have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood.
Each class will lead you through dance combos to the latest chart topping tracks while also helping you develop muscular strength and endurance necessary for challenges of Motherhood. Our class creates a nurturing environment for Mom and Baby bonding with exposure to the benefits of music, movement, and fun, functional fitness habits.
Suitable for moms who have been cleared for exercise by their doctor. Moms with babies who have outgrown their carriers may participate in the class without a baby.
All Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).
