Pre/Post Natal

Our Pre/Post Natal fitness classes offer our new mamas and mamas-to-be the the opportunity to get fit and have fun in a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment. Suitable for moms who are 4 months+ postpartum and able to maintain a moderate level of exercise for 60 minutes.

Moms with babies who have outgrown their carriers may participate in the class without a baby.

All Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).
