The Adaptadance™ Kidz program is for children who are neurodivergent, such as those with autism and other neurological or sensory processing disorders, or children who may benefit from the structure, smaller class size, specialized curriculum, and extra preparation materials offered.

This Adaptadance™ Kidz program is based on our JBallet Combo program for ages 3-13 that has been expertly programmed by artistic director Chantel Sampson (BEd, PAHC, AFLCA, PPNF), in collaboration with founder Jessica Baudin-Griffin, Anne Green Gilbert and Terry Goetz of the Creative Dance Center, dance educators with many years of experience teaching dance programming to children of all ages and abilities. Creative dance, imagination, and expression are combined with developmentally appropriate movement, music, and ballet and jazz technique to create a class that is fun for all! The Adaptadance™ Kidz program focuses on creative dance with a focus on fundamental dance skills that will be the base of future ballet and jazz technique. Dancers and their caregivers will explore a variety of music genres, images, and props to develop their dance ability. Teachers will also work with young dancers on classroom routine and etiquette, taking turns, and working with others.

Registrations can be completed online or in person at the studio or over the phone (provided you already have an account with J’Adore Dance). Payment must be received at the time of registration.
