Sophia has been dancing for five years. In addition to dancing, she enjoys reading, drawing, and singing. She has received training at both the School of Alberta Ballet and J’Adore Dance, where she has studied various styles including Ballet and Musical Theatre. Her dance teachers have included Ms. Daelyn, Ms. Chantel, and Ms. Amanda. Sophia looks up to both her teachers and her parents for their guidance and support. Being involved at J’Adore Dance has been a positive and creative experience for Sophia. She appreciates the non-competitive environment and enjoys the opportunity to help out and interact with younger children.
